Cancellation/Refund

    I am trying to get a refund and cancel all services I have. I go to manage purchases and it says I have no plans, card on file…nothing. I was charged $82.00 on my account that was unauthorized and fraudulent. I did not give new card information for the charge to go through. Somehow my account was charged anyway. I want a refund and I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge, as well as BBB to complain about the business. It is impossible to contact anyone to get resolution to the problem. All I get are dead ends and no answers.

  • Hi @pandie444a9945b617, the best way to avoid a charge is to cancel a plan, but we’re also happy to offer a refund. It looks like it’s likely under another account, though, as I don’t see anything on this one.

    Can you do three things?

    1) Contact your bank to cancel the dispute — we can’t refund while it’s being investigated, and a refund is much faster. Plus in dispute cases, we’ll often “win” anyway after all is said and done, at which point we would just offer the same refund.

    2) Then, log out, and log back into the account associated with the purchase

    3) Then, reply here as the correct user so we can take the next step, OR, if you aren’t able to log into the correct account, please tell us the site URL.

    Alternatively, you can go to wpchrg.com and fill out the form there to contact Billing directly.

    I cancelled the dispute and was able to get the refund of the $60, however, the $22 I was charged for renewal of TracyCarothers.blog is still there. How do I get that refunded? I went into the correct account and cancelled the service and renewal. I don’t see how to refund the $22? What do I need to do?

    Yes, I want to cancel everything. I see it’s in my purchases but I don’t see a way to cancel and get a refund.

    My credit card expired and I was asked to update the info to renew my registration. I didn’t want to renew and didn’t give the updated info, yet I was charged anyway. That is what I am upset about. I don’t like that and want to cancel and be refunded my $22 registration fee. It was not authorized with my new card.

    I made the fact that I wanted to cancel the registration and get a refund of the $22 abundantly clear in my previous emails and you’re still asking me if I want to cancel and get a refund? What is it you don’t understand? This crap is exactly why I want out. It shouldn’t take a couple days to cancel a registration and be refunded.

  • We have to get specific confirmation for a domain cancellation, for once a domain is canceled it can be difficult if not impossible to get that domain back again later.

    I’ve now canceled and refunded your domain. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
