Cancellation Refund

    I had already went through the cancellation process and somehow my card was still charged $99 on 8-8-15. I’ve literally never used this or any part of it. Service, software, hosting, nothing. I originally logged on because I was told our old company website was done through WP. I saw a trial and figured I’d see if I could find anything associated. After I realized it was no help I cancelled. Now I am finding out there is no way to call someone and get a refund? Someone please help me. I’ve never been so frustrated with a charge on my card in my LIFE. I’ve had a card for about 15 years!
