Cancellation / refund money

    Good afternoon. I have a problem: there is an amount of 266 charged off my creditcard while I don’t use my domain at all. I thought I cancelled it so I was surprised i still had to pay.. I really hope it’s possible to cancel and get a refund. Thank you so much!

    We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    Pulling up the information for your domain ginaavra.com, it looks like that domain is registered at and using the nameservers for Bluehost, so you likely have a domain registration (which does need to be renewed every year if you want to keep it) and hosting plan with Bluehost.
