Cancellation Request

I upgraded to a premium blog and decided almost immediately afterwards that it wasn’t right for us at this time and wanted to cancel it. I followed the steps shown on your support section and clicked on the cancellation link. Everything seemed to work just fine. I checked back and then saw the message to wait a few days, but we hadn’t yet received our statement.
There was no reason to think anything was wrong with the cancellation process until we our monthly statement arrived.
Can you please contact me to confirm the original request cancellation has went through or direct me to the email of support staff who handle refund issues.

WordPress.com is the top level domain here.
All WordPress.com blogs are on .wordpress.com sub-domain URLs.
I was asking for the domain URL that you had purchased and then cancelled. -

I have fully refunded your purchase, as requested. Please note, it normally takes around a week for a refund to appear on your bank statement.
