Cancellation was not processed

I cancelled my domain within 48 hours, and went through a few confirmation steps to do so, but I didn’t realized I had to check my email and confirm the cancellation on the followup “Upgrade” email. Now I realize my cancellation wasn’t processed. I’d like to contact WordPress to ask for my money back, but I don’t see any support contact info. Argh!
