Cancellation/Refund

  I am trying to cancel/refund my blog upgrade. I have followed the instructions but the option to cancel/refund is not appearing. It is definitely within the 30 day time frame. Please help. Thank you.

  Hi there,
  Refunds are time limited. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time, request a refund and also disable auto-renew.

  Yes, I have already followed those steps. The problem is, is that there is not option for refund, which is what I am trying to accomplish.

  @alexeidanilo – I’ve refunded your purchase. It normally takes around a week for a refund to appear on your bank statement.

  If you’re looking to test a theme on your site before committing to it, you can do that using the Preview feature in your dashboard at Appearance > Themes.

  Shawna thank you!! but what happend was that i was trying to down load the theme to my domain and somehow ended up downloading and creating a regular wordpress account. Can you maybe help explain how i can download that theme but to my regular website that has a wordpress blog already installed
