cancellation/refund problem

Hello,
I purchased a domain name & plan yesterday & needed to cancel the purchase. The plan was easily cancelled but the domain was still charged. The FAQ said that I have 48 hours to cancel the domain & I would be refunded. I just cancelled the domain but the site title chechenoir.com just disappeared & there was no confirmation what so ever & I haven’t received a button or a message saying I’d be refunded within a certain time. I haven’t received an e-mail to my registered e-mail address either. I’m not really sure what happened but if you could ease my mind & help me receive a confirmation & make sure everything has gone through as I have cancelled within the necessary time frame I would be grateful. This says public forum topic & I couldn’t find any private wordpress company e-mail contact so I hope this is right place to be addressing my concerns.Respectfully,

It looks like the cost of your domain wasn’t refunded, but I processed that now.
You should be able to see receipts for the full refund amount on your billing history page, here:
