Cancellations

    I have had my annual subscription renewed without my wanting it to.

    The terms and conditions clearly state an email will be sent before the due date but I never received one and if I had I would have cancelled.

    I have been caught off guard by WordPress and want to cancel the subscription and get a refund.

    Can anybody please advise how to do this?

    For refunds regarding renewals you need to contact support by visiting https://wordpress.com/help/contact after you have logged into your WordPress.com account and submitting a request

    There are no upgrades owned by the account you are currently logged in to. What is the URL of the site that has recently renewed?

    Hi Gemma

    The payment has come out of my account the 18th September 2017 and I cancelled on the 16th September 2017.

    The site is not giving me any option to request a refund and I also did not receive any email from your company as per your terms and conditions to advise that the payment was imminent.

    If required I can give you with the payment reference provided by your company along with the PayPal receipt.

    To reiterate I want this cancelled and a full refund asap.

    I look forward to your response.
