cancellations and refunds

  Hi, I just moved to a wordpress.org self hosted site and cancelled my subscription and my theme. However, when it said the amount of refund, the refund was less than the total cost for both the subscription and the theme? for the theme it said $101 and the refund was only $60 something….. can you help?

  Hi @milesphotographycr – As a volunteer I am not able to see any billing history for WordPress.com users. We can ask staff for clarification on your refund.
