  Hi I previously cancelled my WordPress account and subscribion. I was then charged on February 20th $60.00 I got in contact with someone from WordPress and by email they confirmed I would be refunded the $60.00 back to my American Express. My late card bill came and the charge has not been refunded as promised. Can you correct this right away? Thankyou

  Hi @theweeclean,

  You can contact your bank as they should be able to confirm when you can expect the refund to arrive — the transaction ID printed on the refund receipt should help them find it. Refunds usually take 5-10 Working days to appear on the bank statement.

  Thanks for writing to us. I’ve had a look at things. For some reason, the refund did not get triggered previously. I have confirmed that the refund has now been processed (as of a minute ago). The money should reach you in 10 days. If there’s a delay after that point, ask your card company when they’ll be releasing the funds to your account. Every bank has different processing times.
