Cancelled account

I emailed customer support when I was notified that I would be charged for another year of wordpress and told them that I not longer used the account and would like to cancel my subscription. I was under the impression that my account was cancelled and that I would not be charged. Looking at my purchases now, I see that I was charged for another year. May I please cancel my account, delete my website, and have a refund for the amount I was charged?

No problem. I will help get this sorted.
I’ve had a look at the account and I can see that you already cancelled the upgrades. A partial refund was initiated automatically.
The remainder of the refund is for your custom .blog domain registration. I need to ask if there’s any chance that you’ll want to use bridgefit.blog again in the future? Once cancelled, it can be impossible to regain ownership of it.
Once I hear back I will process the remainder of the refund or restore the domain to your account, depending on your plans for the domain.
