Cancelled account

  I cancelled my account. Why is it still active? Also, I really need my e-mail tied to the cancelled account to be freed up to use for my new account.

  I cancelled my account. Why is it still active? Also, I really need my e-mail tied to the cancelled account to be freed up to use for my new account.

  Whenever you delete your account the email address associated with that account can’t be used till 30 days until it’s permanently deleted.

  Once you delete the account you data is still available for restoring for a period of 30 days, If you think that’s you’ve mistakenly deleted your site or account that can be restored by replying to the mail you received when you delete your account or website or contacting Staff with the details.

  Our Administrator team only permanently delete your account and site once you’ve crossed that 30 days period.
