Cancelled account

I cancelled my subscription in January but somehow it is still up and running and they have taken payment. It was only renewed yesterday so I’m still in the 96 hour window however I don’t no how to go about contacting these people. Can someone please help?

We can still issue a refund for this, but not while the chargeback dispute is active. Once you have canceled that dispute with your credit card provider, we’ll be happy to issue a refund provided you’re still within the 96 hour window for the domain registration refund. If not, we’ll refund the plan price minus the domain registration.
