Cancelled account

    I cancelled this subscription last year.
    However WordPress have just taken £51 from my bank.
    I have no desite for this subscription, cancelled it last year and request a full refund for the money you have just taken.

    Do you happen to know the URL of the site the charge was associated with?
    I’m not seeing any recent upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. The most recent was on 2021-09-14 for £36.

    This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the £51 upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to process a refund.
