Cancelled account immediately refund me

    I canceled my subscription years ago. I expect cancellation and a refund of the fees or I will take this up with the BBB immediately. You can clearly look back see it was cancelled after I never used it but a couple times. This is fraud to reactivate an account and I will go forward with prosecution of a company that has poor business practices.

    Before starting to accuse people and using threatening language, perhaps you can take a look what a charge made by wordpress.com is all about at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

    It’s obvious you never cancelled your subscription as you got charged. ” I never used it but a couple times” isn’t good enough to claim a refund as you used it …

    @diaryofabadperiod – I understand this might be frustrating. It seems you cancelled your WordPress.com Personal plan in May 2022 for a full refund, but the domain diaryofabadperiod.org wasn’t cancelled, and it has been renewing each year since then.
