Cancelled all upgrades but won't let me delete site!!!

Hello, I am trying to delete both my domains

OCVELVETEEN.WORDPRESS.COMI have cancelled all my upgrades but it still won’t take me to the deletion site…
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Certainly, there is an easier way of resolving this issue than making a forum post and hoping that a moderator notices? Is there a way that I can contact customer service directly? Why am I unable to just delete my page by myself?

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.

I checked your account and your domain upgrades for ocvelveteen.com have not been deleted as of yet.
So that we are on the same page, once you decide to cancel your domain, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reacquire it in the future. Someone else could gain access to it.
If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.

Not a problem! I have canceled your subscription for ocvelveteen.com and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
If you want to permanently delete your site, please follow this guide:
