Cancelled an upgrade – receipt says payment method not stored

Hi
I’ve just cancelled a premium upgrade so we’re able to host externally through wordpress.org. Now the receipt says Value refunded at $0.00 as payment method is not stored ends in XXXX.
Could someone please advise what needs to be done in this case to get the refund as I can’t find the cancel and refund upgrade anymore as my blog has been deleted.
I could always update card details or email them through to support perhaps?

It looks like the refund was successfully issued and should be added to your account within the next several days. You can see the refund receipt here:

The upgrade has been removed from your account. You won’t be charged in the future for this upgrade.
