Cancelled and not transferred

    Hey, I am a dummy and cancelled my domain, not realizing I wouldn’t be able to buy it somewhere else. I saw that someone else was able to get their domain back so they could transfer it. Is that an option for me? Domain: kthomaswrites.com

    Hi there,

    When you cancel a brand new domain you can either wait 5 days for it to be released, or we can send you an invoice. You would pay that and update us here, we’d restore the domain, you would point it to your new provider, and then you’d be able to transfer it there after 60 days.

    The first option is simpler, but if you need the domain right away we can work on the second option for you. Let us know what you’d like to do.
