Cancelled automatic renewal was renewed

  I need to be able to contact billing as I had cancelled my plan but yet it renewed. There should be some form of contact besides a forum group.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, the purchased upgrade is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
