  Hi there, I canceled 2 of my purchases from you (WordPress). I am wondering how long does the refund process take?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The refund will take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take a bit longer if you are with a non-US bank.
