Cancelled blogsite and poor response from support staff
-
Hi,
I contacted helpdesk after upgrading my plan to personal and saw that it was redfoxspecialistc.com. and so i got in touch with support that i want a domain redfoxanalytics replaced with redfoxanalytics.com and specifically asked the support staff to confirm if there are hassles, delays and additional charges that comes with this process cos i don’t want it. The support staff ignored only to ask me to confirm if he should go ahead to confirm. I told him yes, thinking that he had read and digested my mail.
He sent me a procedure on how to add domain only for me to find out that i have to pay extra for this ad that the intended domain is not available. Please i sincerely think that this is misleading for a start, i got back to him stressed already from the day’s job, no answer. I have sent repeated mails/sms but no one wants to respond. I told him to revert it to the old blosgite (redfoxspecialistc.com) even though that will not be my prefered address/name.
Please, can someone do something about this? i am really not happy and i hate complaining, same reason why i asked repeatedly whether this will be hassle-free without some charges and the support staff OKed it.
Please. besides the only benefit here is just that i get to use an address that does not have wordpress in it. can i please enjoy that!!!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @redfox3891, sorry for the frustration. Ironically it seems your extra replies kept resetting the time stamp on your ticket, pushing it back in the queue each time.
For faster help, enter one ticket with the pertinent information, then wait for a response from staff. If staff asks for more information, send one reply, then wait for a response again. You’ll also want to avoid entering multiple new tickets about the same issue, since that also bogs things down a bit.
I’ll close out the duplicates, read through all of your replies, then respond to the original thread. Cheers!
