cancelled Business plan, now can’t buy Premium plan

  I upgraded from the Free plan and purchased the Business plan in error, and then gained a refund/cancellation. I’m now trying to upgrade from Free to Premium, and the system won’t let me, saying that it’s ‘not compatible with this site’ (??). Please can someone help me sort this out?

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  I have tried to talk to a living support person about this upgrade issue, but can’t because – wait for it – I’m on a plan that doesn’t permit this. Please help?

  I have checked your account and found that the Business plan cancellation was still ongoing and has been complete.

  Can you try upgrading your site to the Premium plan now? This should work for you now
