Cancelled Business Plan Upgrade – Went to Free Plan when I had Premium Before?

Hello,
I recently upgraded from a Premium Plan to a Business Plan and, after deciding I didn’t need it, cancelled and asked for a refund. However, instead of reverting back to my Premium Plan, my dashboard now says I have a free plan. Can I go back to my Premium Plan without paying for it again? Please help! -
It doesn’t automatically downgrade to the previous plan, but instead cancels everything. I’ve tagged this with modlook to have staff help you reinstate the previous plan. Hang on, and they’ll be around soon.

I’m happy to help you downgrade your plan. Can you please confirm whether you added any new content to your site after buying Business? Downgrading your site will remove any content you added after installing a plugin on the site, so I’ll need to make a backup of your content before I can downgrade the site in that case.

I don’t think I’ve added any new content and if I did, it was minor, so I’m okay.

Only content added after you bought Business is at risk. Everything you added before then will be fine.
I’ve restored your site to the Premium Plan. I don’t see anything that has changed, but please let me know if you spot anything wrong and we’ll help you fix it.
