Cancelled Business Plan Upgrade – Went to Free Plan when I had Premium Before?

    Hello,
    A few hours ago, I upgraded from a Premium Plan to a Business Plan and, after deciding I didn’t need it, canceled and asked for a refund. However, instead of reverting back to my Premium Plan, my dashboard now says I have a free plan. Can I go back to my Premium Plan along with my previous WordPress[dot]com without paying for it again? Please help!

    I’m already on a free plan from a business plan. Please check once.

    I want to move to my Premium plan again with the same settings. Would you help me to do that?

    There’s no option to downgrade the plan. But, I already paid for the Premium plan till Feb 2025.

    Please tag this with modlook to have staff help me reinstate the previous plan (Premium). And I’ve not added any new content since upgrading to business from premium.

    Hi WordPress Support Team,

    Thank you for helping me restore my site back to the Premium plan from the Free version. However, I’ve encountered an issue where the images and media files are not displaying correctly across the site. The placeholders appear, but the actual media content isn’t visible.

    Could you please advise on how to resolve this? I’ve tried clearing my browser cache and refreshing the site, but the issue persists. Any guidance on troubleshooting or reloading the media files would be greatly appreciated.

    @celoxis I’d wait until Staff look in and help with your original issue of the downgrade from Business and losing your Premium plan (until 2025) before asking for help with other issues.

    If you’ve resolved your initial issue of downgrading, consider opening a new forum thread for this new problem rather than trailing it on your now resolved issue.
