cancelled domain

I cancelled my plan and domain. I still want my domain. I messed up. Is it possible for you to help me renew the cancelled domain so I can transfer it to bluehost?
You must get this question a lot!

Hi there,
I sent a manual payment for the repurchase of the domain. Please pay for the subscription and post in this thread afterwards. We should move quickly with the restoration as we only have limited time to reactivate it before we lose the ability to restore it.

We most definitely do! :)

Am I able to transfer immediately? It says I need to wait 60 days. If this is the case I’ll just cancel it completely and wait for the domain name to be released in a few days.
Thanks

Thanks! It looks like someone from our domains team responded to the payment request already – you should see the domain in your account again.

It is not possible to transfer a domain name to a new registrar within the first 60 days after initial registration, or the first 60 days after it is recovered from cancellation and/or expiration. This “60 day lock” is a requirement set by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and is observed by all ICANN-accredited registrars.
See: https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/text-2012-02-25-en
Because this is a requirement that we must adhere to by law, it is not within our control to lift this 60 day lock for any reason.
However, where your domain is registered has little to do with where you want to use the domain and you don’t need to transfer a domain to Bluehost to use it there right away.
Instead you can update your domain nameservers here immediately to Bluehost’s nameservers and it’ll resolve to your new site at Bluehost within 24-48 hours, depending on how quickly the change propagate across the internet. You may also need to set things up on Bluehost’s end to make sure your site will start to use the domain once those changes take effect.
Then, once the 60 day lock is up, you can transfer it to Bluehost at that time with no interruption in service and the only way to ensure you don’t lose control of your domain.
I hope that clarifies things! Let us know if you have any questions or need help with anything else.
