Cancelled domain

  Hello,

  I cancelled my domain ilmubuddies.com, thinking i’d use it with another host. How long will it be parked? Will i ever be able to get it back or re register?

  Im worried!

  Hi! when you cancel a new domain it will go into holding for a bit. Please let us know which of these options works best for you:

  Wait: You can wait about five days for the domain to be released. So long as no one else buys it before you do, you can purchase it again here or with another provider.

  Repurchase the Domain: We can send an invoice ($18) and restore the domain. You’ll be able to point it to a new host as soon as it’s restored, then transfer the registration after 60 days.

  Of course you’re welcome to use it here too if you’ve changed your mind; you’d just need to buy a plan again, then we can restore it for you.

  After 60 days, to transfer the domain you need to follow the regular transfer process outlined here:
