Cancelled domain

  Hi, I cancelled my characterplay domain a few months ago, is it possible to I cancel it, also is it possible to uncancel the plan?

  Hi Sam,

  As you did not receive a refund when you cancelled your Premium Plan, I’ve been able to restore it to your account.

  Luckily in this case your domain, characterplay.co.uk, was also still parked with us, so I was able to restore it as well. You weren’t refunded for the domain either when you cancelled it, so no additional payment is needed at this point.
