Cancelled domain and refund

    Hi, I ordered domain mrsbrightside.blog yesterday costed me £48.00 today I decided to cancel it and claim refund , it was less than 24 hours from registration. I.n your email you wrote I will be refunded £0.00 in 7-10 days. Sorry but that is ridiculous…

    Have you checked in your site account under “Manage purchases”? Sometimes when people cancel soon after purchase then the payment is never taken in the first place so a refund isn’t required. I don’t know if that is what has happened in your case or not. This thread has been tagged for staff assistance.
