Cancelled domain and was still charged

I was charged by wordpress after canceling my account. I received an email verification that I would not be charged again. Who do I contact to get a refund?

Hi @mparkerx, we can help with a refund. We do need you to log into the account that’s associated with the upgrade, though. This account doesn’t have any charges on it.
Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site. Here’s how you can recover access if needed:

I can see now that you have Business plan under this account that will expire in January. What did renew was the domain tastehealthinc.blog. You can cancel it from here:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/Bear in mind that you have 96h since the renovation date to obtain a refund.
Once a domain is canceled, it may not be released for a couple of weeks (or ever). Once it’s released, it’s released to the public, which means anyone can purchase it. If you wish to use this domain in the future, even with another host, it’s best to transfer it:https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/
