cancelled domain/auto renewal

    I cancelled my domain, never really used it. When I saw the charge to my credit card on 10/9/23. I looked in the account and there was no credit card listed. How to I make sure auto renewal is cancelled and how can I get a refund of $67? The WordPress charge was to a Bank of America credit card reference #5327.
