Cancelled domain, but no refund showed up

    Hi There,

    I cancelled my Premium account today, and immediately received a refund for $73 out of the $99 dollars. I then cancelled the domain, but did not get the $26 dollar refund. Can you help?

    What is the domain URL?
    Do you want to use the domain on another site?
    Or do you want to give it up completely?

    Canceling domains
    It is important to know that cancelled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also note that here’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Therefore you should cancel a domain, if and only if, you are sure you do not wish to use it again.
