Cancelled Domain but not yet refunded

  I was charge $13 for domain mapping last April 29, 2017. Within 24 hours I cancel my upgrade and ask for a refund. My upgrade was canceled but I didn’t get any notification regarding my refund.

  Refunds can take upto 14 days or 1-2 billing statements to appear.

  Your refund hadn’t been processed yet — so I just refunded $13 to you. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 7-14 days to process and show up on your statement.
