cancelled domain got renewed

  Hello,
  I got invoiced automatically for registration of a domain that I cancelled.
  Domain name: hobohome.fr
  [redacted]

  I checked my wordpress account, there is no site registered and no billing history.
  Please do the needfull to cancel this domain name and refund the restration.

  NEVER post sensitive information as a transaction ID on a public forum! I tagged this thread so a Staff member can remove this.
  You certainly didn’t cancel that domain as it is still up and running. That site is connected to another account of yours shilpihobohome. To cancel this domain and to get a refund, you must be logged in to your other account shilpihobohome. Next you can manage your purchases, https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/#how-to-get-a-refund

  Do you have access to the account that these charges are under? If so, please post in this thread under that account as proof of ownership and we can get the refund process started.

  Thanks for your reply.

  I did go to the link shilpihobohome ; but didnt manage to cancel it.
  In the link http://wpchrg.com I did find the reason I was charged but when clicked on billing history, once again nothing.

  Please give me more information on how to go about the cancellation of these 2 domains that I dont intend to keep and renew.

  I got into https://wordpress.com/forums/users/shilpihobohome, searched this topic and here I am aging in this page to reply here.
  Though I have started this topic, when I click on topic stated, its mentioned —Forum Topics Started
  This user has not created any topics.

  I also tried for account recovery at https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery ; added the transaction ID, but doesnt work

  To clarify, you need to log out of your rememberanytime account here:

  https://wordpress.com/me

  Then, log back into WordPress.com using that username shilpihobohome and password:

  https://wordpress.com/log-in

  If you’re not able to log in under that account, send an email to passwordhelp@wordpress.com explaining the situation, and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do for you.
