Cancelled domain mapping

I had an email to say my domain mapping had been automatically renewed but as I have a new site I cancelled it. It said I would get a refund but it hasn’t come through and it’s been almost a month. The domain mapping isn’t working now and nothing is showing in my purchases so I don’t know what to do.

When you cancelled your domain mapping upgrade, it looks like a refund wasn’t triggered. I’ve just refunded the $13 to you.
Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
