Cancelled domain mapping, but wordpress remains the DNS provider

  In the past I used wordpress domain mapping, but I cancelled that subscription and moved my domain elsewhere. I need no-ip to be the DNS provider, but they indicate this is still wordpress. How can I make sure that wordpress discontinues to be the DNS provider?

  Hi there,

  If the domain you’re referring to is ruudwijnands.com, then you need to contact your registrar (Key-Systems) and ask them to help you make those changes.

  Thank you for your response. I am waiting for a domain transfer to be completed to a new registrar. I guess that will also fix this problem. Apologies, I am not super well familiar with how these things work.

  That should fix things for you, yes. Typically domain transfers take about 5 days. You should contact them again if things aren’t working after that point.
