Cancelled domain mapping, when do I get my refund.

  Hi,
  I cancelled the Domain Mapping Plan from the Automatic Paypal renewal on Jan 8. I still didn’t get any refund. Is this issue still on process?

  Hi there,

  Our records show that you didn’t cancel the upgrade, but that you disputed the payment with your bank. Once you dispute a payment we have no way of refunding it, so you will need to wait for your bank to refund you once the dispute has been resolved.
