Cancelled domain name but did not get any message regarding refund.

  My wordpress plan got auto-renewed and I didn’t want that. So I followed instructions and cancelled both plan and domain. But I just got the message for partial refund of $9.88 and not for the remaining amount of $26. How do I know if I will get the refund or not?
