Cancelled Domain Recovery

  I accidentally deleted my domain when I asked for a personal plan refund.
  Am I still able to restore it?
  the domain is http://www.pantryparts.com

  any help would be much appreciated!

  Hi Gunther,

  We’re still able to restore the domain, yes. However, as you were refunded for it along with your plan, we’ll need you to pay for it again.

  We have the following options:

  1) If you want to use the domain with us on WordPress.com you will need to have a paid plan, or the domain will simply redirect to your site without appearing in the browser address bar/search engine results. So in that case, please buy a new plan and let us know, and we can restore the domain for you.

  2) If you want to use the domain somewhere else we can send you a payment link to pay for the domain only. Once the domain is restored we can help you point it to the provider where you want to use it.

  Or

  3) If you’re willing to wait a few days, the domain should be released again by the start of next week, at which point you’ll be able to register it directly with the provider where you want to use it.

  Let us know which option you prefer.
