Cancelled domain retrieval

  Hi,
  I mistakenly cancelled my domain (fellipebaldauf.com) and would like to retrieve it back to my account. I cancelled it yesterday, so I’m most likely still in that grace period. Please let me know what I should do.

  You’re right, we’re still on time to retrieve the domain, however, a refund for the cancelation was already processed. I’ve sent you a link to a manual payment by email, please reply here once you’ve paid and we’ll restore the domain back to your account.

  Hi,
  I can see my domain was restored. Thank you for that. However, the personal plan also seems to have been restored. I didn’t want that to happen – I only wanted the domain to be restored. I’d like to have the plan cancelled and get the refund while maintaining the domain, please.
