Cancelled domain under 24 hours- but still no refund.

  Hello,

  I knew that I had a 48 hour window to cancel my domain name to receive a full refund. I purchased my domain on May 3rd and cancelled May 4th, less than 24 hours time. I paid $99 on May 3rd for the package and was only refunded $73 on the May 4th. I was not refunded for my domain? Please help or explain. Thank you!

  I went ahead and refunded the other $26 for you. Looks like it was an issue on our side with things not processing correctly.
