cancelled for a refund
-
Hello!
I signed up for a plan last month and it said I had 30 days to get a refund if I decided against it. I cancelled my plan and my subscription, and I deleted the domain and removed everything, but it didn’t tell me that I was getting any money back. How do I get a confirmation of my refund??

Our refund policy has been consistent for many years, and unfortunately, we do not offer a 30-day refund period. Here’s a summary of our current refund policy:
- WordPress.com annual, two-year, and three-year plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase or renewal.
- WordPress.com monthly plans are refundable within 7 days of purchase or renewal.
- Domain registrations are refundable within 96 hours of purchase or renewal.
- For other products, you can find the details here: https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/#refund-periods
Since your plan and domain were canceled outside of these refund periods, it was not eligible for a refund. However, if you’d like to continue using your domain and plan for the rest of the term, we can restore them for you. Just let us know if you’d like to proceed.
I hope this helps clarify the situation.
