Cancelled free trial still charged

Tried out the premium but wanted to leave it a while before actually paying for a subscription as its not financially viable atm. Cancelled the trial the day before but was still charged, is this the place to sort things like that out?

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. It looks like that charge was voided. I’m going to assume that this has been sorted out. If that is not the case, please let me know.
