  Hi @yiselda, you can cancel a domain within 96 hours of purchase, but it’s been a few weeks since this one was registered. We aren’t able to get funds back at this point.

  If you want to restore the account and get the domain back so you can use it somewhere else, please respond to the account closure email and let them know. You’ll need to do this within 30 days of closure. Otherwise the domain will stay registered here until well after its expiration next year.

  Hi, I really need to fix it this issue. I want to recover my site and my domain and continue to use it in the place that it was before. still, no visible like it was before

  Hi – Once you add an upgraded hosting plan to your account the domain will be working again. For now, it’s registered and active on the account, but this is the reason that the free site address displays in the browser bar.

  If you want to move the domain to use it somewhere else, then you can do that by updating the DNS records. https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/
