Cancelled my domain – please help

  Hi,

  I have made a really stupid mistake. I have cancelled my domain name, the refund is appearing within my word press account however I need this reinstating please. I did this on Saturday.

  Everything has stopped working and I have some important emails which can no longer be accessed :-( I’m a proper idiot!!

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of mi-nextcar.com?

  Are you planning to continue using the domain with your WordPress.com site, or are you going to use it somewhere else?

  If you want to continue using it here, please buy a new plan at My Site ->Plans, and let us know once you’ve done that. Then we can restore the domain.

  Otherwise we can send you a link to pay for the domain only, and then help you point the domain to another host once it’s restored.

  I see you also cancelled your G Suite subscription with us. Unfortunately there’s no way to reverse that, but you should already have received an email from Google explaining how you can set up billing on their end to continue using that account directly with them. Once the domain is restored, that email should start working again immediately.

  Thanks so much for your response. I have another website for now so if I could just re-activate the domain that would be great.

  I will check google now, I am so useless with this stuff, I should have asked IT support to do it! :-)

  Sorry yes mi-nextcar.com is what I am referring to. I am ready to renew G-Suite but will wait for me domain first before I continue.

  Okay. I’ve emailed you a link you can use to pay for the domain again. Let me know here once you’ve paid, and I can restore the domain to your account.

  Hi there!

  I have sent you the link to the payment to the address from your last reply.

  Even though, I’d recommend updating the email address on your account from here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  That way, even if your domain expires again in the future, you’ll make sure not to miss any notifications :).

  Thanks. I’ve restored your domain and it’s now back in your account.

  Your email should start working again as soon as the DNS re-propagates, so within a few hours.
