Cancelled my site but my premium plan wasn’t refunded or credited

I would like a refund or a transfer of the money I paid September 28th. If I can’t get a refund can what I spent at least be transferred to a new site?
I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

I see that you purchased the Premium plan on 9/28 but one thing to be aware of is that our refund policy (at the time I write this) is 7 days for monthly plan purchases, 14 days for the annual plan option, 4 days for domain purchases. More info here: https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/
Because you cancelled your plan on 10/24, your cancellation was about two weeks after the refund window closed.
Do you want to reactivate the Premium plan on a new site instead?

I would like to reactivate ( as long as I don’t have to pay again) the premium plan on a new site. How would I go about that?

Please create a new site here: https://wordpress.com/start/
During the setup steps for the site, be sure to choose the free “wordpress.com” domain address, as well as skip for now adding any of our upgrade plans so it’s a free site.
Once it’s created let us know and we will activate the upgrade on the site!

Also I see this is the Yearly plan, which has some perks compared to the monthly version.
