Cancelled My Subscription, But I want my plan back

    Hello, I have cancelled my subscription and was only refunded 18 dollars, when my total was 98 dollars for everything. Is there anyway that I can actually keep my premium plan and get the domain back? Thank you.

    Hi there!

    It seems that you have canceled both your Premium plan and the domain. Canceled domains go through a series of phases before they are released and your domain is right now in a phase called “Redemption”. That means we could still get it back, but an additional fee of $80 is required by the registrar.
    Since the plan was not refunded, we can restore it without any issues, however, if you’d like to also restore the domain colitisscope.com, we’ll need to send you a link to the payment from $80 of the redemption fee and $18 for the domain registration.

    If you do not wish to pay the redemption fee, you can wait until the domain is released but that can take even a few months. Let us know how you’d like to proceed.
