cancelled paid account, only have free account now, but still getting charged

I cancelled my paid account – it cannot be found anywhere in my account information. I only have a free account now. However, I was still charged to renew and cannot figure out how to stop it.
Since i don’t have a paid account, I can’t contact any customer service. I am stuck, please help!!!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
