Cancelled Plan – Charges Still Went Through

I cancelled my plan within an hour of purchasing it. One charge has already gone through to my credit card without being credited and the other is sitting in my authorized transactions. Please advise ASAP when my money will be refunded.

Hi @gokimmygooo, it looks like you weren’t refunded for your domain. I’ve refunded that portion just now.
Please allow time for these changes to reflect on your statement. Typically it it’s around a business day, but routing for some international purchases can take longer.

Your charge was refunded immediately when we processed it on 23 January, and you can see a receipt containing a transaction reference from our payment processor here:

And for the domain refund on 27 January here:

But we have no control over how long your bank takes to return those funds to your account with them. Usually this takes up to ten business days (so not just a week), but it can take longer for non-US banks.
If you haven’t received your refund after that time, please contact your bank or credit card company directly, and give the transaction ID from the refund receipts as reference.
