CANCELLED PLAN – FULL REFUND

  When I first tried this WordPress, they mentioned in the email that they will have full refund once cancelled on specific duration which is I did early but since I used credit card it billed be and no Response from WordPress about this cancel and refund!

  Hi there,

  We processed the refund back to you on 5/31 – we released the funds back to your bank and they are no longer with us. I would contact your bank about this. Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end. Also, depending on your bank and the country in which you reside, the refund could take longer. Please reach out to them and let us know what you find out.
