Cancelled premium business upgrade same day, but still charged

I have sent an email as well. I cancelled my Premium upgrade and received an email confirming the cancellation and I also checked that day to be sure that my account listed the upgrade as cancelled. However, I was charged $299 (it shows up as a pending charge on my bank statement). There is nothing in my billing history other than the free trial, and I was never emailed a receipt or invoice. I am in a panic that this is just gone because there is no record on my WordPress account that I was ever charged – the only evidence is on my bank statement which shows wpchrg.com. I need this reversed ASAP.

The transaction in question has been successfully voided. If you’re still seeing a pending charge, it should disappear within a few days.
